Creative Solutions – Fruit of the Loom

Fruit of the Loom is one of the world’s most recognised clothing brands. With over 160 years’ experience, they are a notorious brand with an extensive history manufacturing textiles.

Their product range has been specifically designed to meet the demands of promotional markets. It encompasses a wide range of styles for men, women and children as well as work and school wear requirements.

Creative Solutions were approached by Fruit of the Loom to dress their exhibition stand at the Sports Marketing and Merchandising Exhibition (SMMEX) 2016. Held inside Wembley Stadium in London, SMMEX gives sporting clubs, associations and licensees across Europe the chance to meet up with suppliers of unique products and services.

Fruit of the Loom gave Creative Solutions the dimensions of the shell scheme at the event, and the artwork they required on the panels. Their design team then checked over the artwork to make sure the print quality would be just right and advised any changes required.

3mm Foamex panels were cut to size to fit the shell scheme exactly, before being Direct UV printed in-house at their facility in Axminster, Devon. The panels had Velcro on the back in order to allow them to be mounted seamlessly and easily to the designated shell-scheme once at the event.

The key advantage of using printed wall panels to dress an exhibition stand is it maximises the available space, whilst being a great visual attraction that draws customers in to the stand.

The panels are lightweight and easily transportable, joining together to create a seamless backdrop.

Creative Solutions provided a complete installation service, putting up the rigid boards at the event and taking them down after use. This allowed Fruit of the Loom to focus on the exhibition itself rather than setting up the stand.

With the Foamex panels from Antalis, Creative Solutions printed them at 2880dpi photographic print quality, the end result was an eye-catching, bold and professional exhibition stand at the event that maximised the available space and helped Fruit of the Loom market their products.
