Who's the course for?

This is part of 4 workshops aimed at salespeople who are fairly new to selling and those who have never had the benefit of any formal training. For optimum results we recommend that delegates attend all 4 workshops to ensure that they benefit from all aspects of the sales function. However, the workshops can of course be attended on a standalone basis.

Surely no one wants to be the cheapest?? It’s all about value so to ensure profit margins aren’t eroded discounts should not be offered too readily. Negotiation is a vital life skill and yet so many people are fearful of getting rejection or appearing “cheeky”. Delegates will learn the skills and behaviours that are required to negotiate for a win-win solution!

Course Cost*

  • Booking one place workshop  cost £150 per place
  • Booking two workshops places cost £130 per place
  • Booking three workshop places cost £110 per place
  • Booking four workshop places cost £100 per place

This structure would apply both if one attendee booked a place on four different workshops or four attendees from one organisation booked four places on one workshop.

Tutor Profile

Julie Biddle

The workshop tutor, Julie Biddle has worked in the print industry which provides her with a good understanding of both print clients and their customer challenges. She has been delivering training for many IPIA member companies for over 12 years now which further re-enforces her credibility and empathetic approach. Julie also has a wealth of experience in sales so can empathise with the delegates and provide real case studies and workable solutions.
